This is our annual Commodore's Ball. Invited guests include OYC members and guests as well as commodores and first mates of the Grand 14 yacht clubs. Attire is formal or semi formal.

Appetizers: Puffed sausage bites with blackberry jam, fresh fruit, cheese and crackers, marinated garlic shrimp

Salad: Spinach salad, candied walnuts, cranberries, cucumber, blue cheese topped with balsamic drizzle

Entrée: Prime rib with garlic, parsley, horseradish sauce and Baked salmon with maple butter glaze

Sides: Garlic, herb and rosemary, roasted baby red potatoes & herb roasted zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli

and cherry tomatoes topped with parmesan cheese
